Kerbing - Driveways
We offer the following kerbing options for driveways:
Timber Edge
Treated Pine Timber Edging is the most popular edging used for driveways as this is the most economical. It can be used for all types of projects and meets Local Authority specifications for cross-overs.
Small Mountable Kerbing
Predominately used in driveways and small commercial car parks because of its small profile. As the name suggests it is mountable and can be driven over if required.
Semi-mountable Kerbing
Predominately used for industrial car parks and roads, however, can be used in certain circumstances for driveways.
Flush Kerbing
This is the only other kerbing option, apart from treated pine timber edging, that meets Local Authority specifications for cross-overs. Due to its flush profile this kerbing is also used for exit points for stormwater run-off and to protect aspahlt edges where regular vehicle access is required.
